The Coaching Skills Mastery is a practical workshop, where participants must have the following program prerequisites, (i) Coach Foundation Program, (ii) The Leadership Matrix. This program utilizes a set of coaching skills benchmarks in 7 areas of coaching skills.

• The Power of Asking Questions
• Types of meta questions

Session 5: The Art of Feedback 

• Giving receptive and effective feedback
• Roleplay a giving feedback conversation

Session 6: The Coaching Conversation 

• Practice and roleplay the coaching conversation
