Who Is This For

This program is most suitable for: 

  • Managers should have a minimum of 1 (one) subordinate or official direct report, 
  • Managers should be considered a Full-time employees in an organization, and
  • Managers should have a minimum of three (3) years of working experience. 

First-time managers are encouraged to join the program, but will be accepted into the group, upon completing the interview.

The Leaders Accelerator Program is uniquely designed to enable powerful peer support through the facilitation of uniqueness that enables the group to grow together. 

LAP is a 12-month subscription for each leader (renewable yearly), designed with a facilitative approach, steering away from one-way training & teaching. Engaging two-way facilitation through powerful coaching skills by Certified Leadership Coaches, enables groups to address key issues that are unique to managers, and empowers participants to lean in and participate.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

What if the participant misses LAP Group Coaching Sessions? What happens?

Members who miss group coaching sessions have to inform us ahead of time and inform us in advance of 48 hours (2 days). They will receive a recording of the session. Subscription payments remain due regardless of attendance. Program costs, including support mechanisms, are covered by the subscription fee, ensuring continuous access to resources.

Can I use HRD funds to pay for the program?

Currently, HRD funds cannot be utilized for this program due to its membership and recurring structure. While we’re exploring possibilities for future eligibility, the program’s dynamic nature doesn’t align with current HRD criteria.

What happens when the program starts?

Upon program commencement, attendance is required at a mandatory 2-hour onboarding session led by the group coach. This session is essential for all new members to ensure alignment with program objectives and expectations.

What will be the size of the group coaching programs under LAP?

The group coaching programs under LAP typically accommodate 15-20 participants, with sizes subject to change as new members join. To maintain interactive sessions, group sizes are capped at 20 members, ensuring meaningful engagement for all participants.

Will the sessions be conducted Online or Physical?

Sessions are conducted both physically and online. While periodic physical sessions occur, the majority are held online to ensure sustainable attendance, alleviating the need for exhaustive team arrangements, and allowing managers to fully participate. 

How will Subscription Payments be made?

Subscription payments for LAP are exclusively processed via recurring credit card transactions. No advance lump sum payments are accepted; all payments are automatically debited from the credit card on a recurring basis.
