• How to coach using the right communication tools
• Learn the formula of coaching highly engaged and empowered employees

Session 4: Coaching Leadership Intelligence with AccuMatch (15 April 2022, Friday)

• A deeper dive into the full spectrum of leadership behaviors
• A coaching clinic – practice how to lead and coach people through behavioral changes
