Sunnie is a Certified Leadership Intelligence Coach with The Spark Group Asia. She has been a professional trainer and communicator coach since 2019. She has trained and coached the Top 50 Fortune Companies in the areas of Transformative Communication & Presentation Skills, Impactful Leadership Presence, and High-Performance Teams. Sunnie is also an HRD CORP accredited trainer in Malaysia.
Apart from training, Sunnie loves coaching. She is a leadership coach who has worked with CEOs and executives to realize people’s potential and uncover it to the fullest. She is highly passionate about helping all her clients uncover their fullest potential, particularly in the advancement of People Skills, Self Confident, and Mindset Shift.
Prior to becoming a trainer & coach, Sunnie spent a good 20 years in corporate, specializing in Cleanroom Facilities Engineering, and Design Lab Operation. The managerial roles she holds had developed her interest in L&D, people potential building and thus laid a foundation for her transformation from an ‘Engineer’ to the ‘People-neer’. Engineering people by making a positive impact to them has become her motto in her training career.
