SPARK Mastery: Coaching Skills Mastery Program (CSM)

🔴 Preamble:

Participants will gain insights on seven coaching skills critical to performing the Leadership Acts in Coach Foundation Program (CFP). Participants will also gain opportunities to role-play and practice with other participants

Duration: 3 full-days online session

Learning Format: Online, role-play, practice, group work in breakout segments

Session 1: Effective Listening & Supporting (13 October 2022, Thursday)   

• Effective listening and supporting standards
• Discover the myths of listening and supporting

Session 2: Asking Questions (13 October 2022, Thursday) 

• The Power of Asking Questions
• Using questions for different purposes

Session 3: Going Meta (14 October 2022, Friday) 

• Types of meta questions
• Having fun with meta questions

Session 4: Inducing & Enabling States (14 October 2022, Friday)

• Own state management, match and mirror
• Using frames to induce states

Session 5: The Art of Feedback (15 October 2022, Saturday)

• Giving receptive and effective feedback
• Roleplay a giving feedback conversation

Session 6: The Coaching Conversation (15 October  2022, Saturday)

• Practice and roleplay the coaching conversation
