As an Entrepreneur, Author, Investor, Professional Speaker, Associate Certified Meta-Coach by the International Society of Neuro-Semantics®, and AccuMatch Certified Behavioral Intelligence Coach – Malaysia & Singapore, Maresa has grown several of her own businesses and has worked with hundreds of entrepreneurs, business owners, and CEOs to succeed in turning around their businesses. She is the author of “MPH Masterclass Guide to Starting a Business” and “Great Business, Great Life.” Having spoken in over a dozen countries regionally, her business-building seminars have touched the lives of thousands of business people and entrepreneurs.

Maresa had achieved Top 3 Firm Builder in Asia Pacific in 2015, and maintained Top 100 Global Coach in 2012 and 2013. One of her businesses was awarded SME100 Fastest Moving SMEs by SME & Entrepreneur Magazine in 2012. Her track record of both successes and challenges has led her to be one of the most prominent business speakers and experts in the region. Described mainly as a business’s secret weapon, Maresa has the strategic and tactical ability, energy, and passion to take entrepreneurs and businesses to the next level.

Maresa and Team have over a decade of experience in growing businesses, beginning as a Commercial & Investment Banker, to Business Advisor and Business Growth Specialist. We’ve turned-around many businesses, while some were in distressed states, some businesses were also in a state of “plateauing” or slow state of decline, and needed a Business Advisor to help them take the jump.
Maresa has been featured on the national radio station (Bernama Radio24), several national TV stations (i.e. BernamaTV, Hello on Two, and Bernama News Channel).
Maresa was one of three Malaysian columnists and authors on the #1 SME Magazine in Malaysia, called SME & Entrepreneur Magazine, for 4 continuous years.
She was also interviewed on The Asian Entrepreneur, as a leading mover and shaker for the Asian entrepreneurship and business space in 2013.
In 2014, Maresa was invited by the largest publisher in Malaysia, MPH Publishers to author her 1st book, MPH Masterclass Series: Maresa Ng’s Guide To Starting A Business. This book aims to prepare newbie entrepreneurs for the journey of their lives in.
In 2018, she launched another book called, Great Business, Great Life. Maresa started writing this book to inspire business owners and entrepreneurs to lead Great Lives, while running Great Businesses. It’s not about having one without the other.
Maresa’s work has led her to build one of Asia’s fastest growing war chest of YouTube videos through investing time and effort, in carving out business growth videos for entrepreneurs and business owners.
Maresa and her Team have personally worked with hundreds of clients across several industries, from family businesses, tech-businesses, food, manufacturing, services-based business, and thousands of clients through other workshops and online programs.
Maresa is also one of the Master Coach Trainers, selected to conduct Coach Certification Training for new coaches joining ActionCOACH in Asia.
Her clients often say that working with her is like adding on a secret weapon or powerhouse to the business. “Not everyone can be coached.” This is true because not many people are ready to commit to their dreams and the journey of their lives.
Apart from being a certified business coach with ActionCOACH, Maresa is also a certified trainer by HRDF Malaysia.

MPH Publishing: Great Business, Great Life

Because being in business is about having more life.

This book was launched in July 2018. It aims to inspire business owners and entrepreneurs to lead Great Lives, while running Great Businesses. It’s not about having one without the other. Far too many business owners and entrepreneurs have devoted their lives to the prospect of a great business. When they get to first decade of being in business, they start to realize that they still do not have a great business, because the business just robbed them of their time.

This book reveals the perspective on how to be in a business in the long run. Not every entrepreneurship path is for everyone. Choosing the right path will give you a sustainable journey that is profitable and will make you happy.
