Participants will gain insights on seven coaching skills critical to performing the Leadership Acts in Coach Foundation Program (CFP). Participants will also gain opportunities to role-play and practice with other participants

Duration: 3 full-days webinars

• Types of meta questions
• Having fun with meta questions

Session 4: Inducing & Enabling States (3 September 2021, Friday)

• Own state management, match and mirror
• Using frames to induce states

Session 5: The Art of Feedback (4 September 2021, Saturday)

• Giving receptive and effective feedback
• How to receive feedback
• Roleplay a giving feedback conversation

Session 6: The Coaching Conversation (4 September 2021, Saturday)

• Practice and roleplay the coaching conversation
